I have no idea why I’m posting this other than it’s late and I have had a couple two/tree Blue Ribbon awarded beverages. Think the Oscars but from a guy who didn’t watch them. James Taylor Quartet are a super funky group out of the UK. Nothing new here, just kind of fit within the ridiculous event that is the Oscars, oh and it popped up on Itunes.
From the looks of it at the end of the video, always buckle up!

This is for the lovers out there who get the chocolates, flowers, dinner reservations, etc. . . You can never go wrong with Stevie Wonder as your soundtrack.
Fellas: If you have a special lady be sure to treat them right, open the door for her, tell her how beautiful she looks, take out the garbage before she asks, and yes you would love to see the new Sex in the City Movie.
Ladies: Your guy tries hard to be right by you, he just suffers from being a man, that’s all. Tell your man its OK that he was at my house making music til 4AM AGAIN, it’s OK that he might have puked a little bit on himself in the cab home, but deep down inside you know that under his vomit stained hoodie and loud snoring that he really loves you.
Take it from me, I have been in great relationships and managed to screw them up.
I guess that’s why I’m living the single life!
Now go make some babies!
No I didn’t just misspell Paul Simon. This is dedicated to the Clash bassist Paul Simonon. Happy birthday to you sir! It’s hilarious that his wiki file says he took up bass because learning guitar was too hard for him. What does that say about us bassists? Should I be I offended right now?
Anyway, here’s one of my favorite Clash tunes and he happens to have written and sung on it. Enjoy!
Gregory Isaacs is the Frank Sinatra of reggae with his silky vocal tendencies, this man will be missed! A big shout out to Don B, Dave C and Tim D for exposing me to his music!!!

I can still remember the sick feeling I got when I heard of Michael’s untimely passing.
