Houseman and the Housewreckers Tear Up Martyrs on Fat Tuesday 2010!

HousemanTheryl “Houseman” DeClouet of Galactic fame was backed by The Jordan Years very own Michael Cole on keys, Wes Restless on vocals and myself on bass. Martyrs will never be the same, love the sound there by the way, BAG END!!!! Expect to see more WTR live dates at Martyrs, this could be the new North side home.

RIP TEDDY

Thank you to JC Brooks for the heads up of Teddy Pendergrass’ passing. As a flower delivery guy throughout college in the 90′s I distinctly remember first hearing “Come Go With Me” on Chicago’s V103 and instantly turned huge Teddy fan. Today is a sad day for baby making. . .

TJY album art in the works

Wes and I sat down over a case of beer, Illustrator and of course a couple of Phillys Best tonight to work on the album art for the Jordan Years soon to be released 45 record. Unfortunately I am unable to share any of our progress at the moment, but trust me when I say it’s looking slick ya’ll!
